HELLO EXPERIENCE I have 10yrs experience in babysitting and nannying. I feed, play, bathe and do bed time. I had also helped on homeworks, and tutor on lessons that the child needs reinforcement. I pick up kids from school, overnights, and do errands such as grocery shopping when the supplies get low... anything to help the parents! AGE GROUP and # OF KIDS As a sitter, I have assisted mothers with their infants, but I mostly have experience with children as young as 8 months to 11 years old handling on my own. Professionally, I have handled 5 kids the most at a given time. I am a mom myself of 2 kids— 4 and 9yrs old, and have personal experience on infant care. SCHOOL I graduated with a Bachelors Science degree in Information Technology. ACTIVITIES I love doing different types of activities for kids to stimulate interest and learning, depending on a child's age and level. I bring my kids to the park, attend enrichment classes, play board games. One time I even helped my kid shoot and edit a cool video showcasing his talents! ANIMALS I am comfortable with dogs and cats. WORK I am responsible and respectful. I assure parents that I will care for their child the best and safe way I know how. BABYSITTING SERVICE 1. At Your Home 2. At My Home: care at my own home at Cota Vera in Chula Vista— fenced, no pets. As a babysitter, I take care of everything related to the child's well-being. I leave houses usually cleaner and tidier than when I enter it. I clean up after the children throughout the booking. SCHEDULE I have a flexible schedule now, and I would be happy to help out and be an extension to the parents while the parents are busy at work, needs a break, have to attend to something, or just anything else. My general availability on Weekdays is 2:30pm onwards, and all day weekends. BOOK ME I would love to hear from you and get to know your needs and expectations. Should you need my help, feel free to send me a request for phone interview or you may also decide to book me straight away!
Hi families! 😊 My name is Alyssa, and I’m a 27-year-old kindergarten teacher who recently moved to San Diego. I’ve been babysitting for about 9 years while living in San Francisco, and I’m excited to start building meaningful, trusting connections with families here in SD. I’m a fun, energetic, and caring sitter with experience caring for children of all ages—from newborns to teens. I genuinely love spending time with kids through reading stories, playing games, doing crafts, and creating engaging activities that feel both fun and safe. I’m currently teaching kindergarten, so I’m available for weeknight and weekend babysitting. I have a reliable car and clean driving record if transportation is needed, and I’m CPR certified for both infants and adults. If you’re looking for a warm, dependable sitter who truly enjoys working with children, I’d love to connect. Feel free to message me with any questions—thank you! 💛
“She came in with the perfect energy for my 4 year old twins, engaging, playful, they had such an amazing night hanging with her. ”
Hi, my name is Nancy and I have been working with children ranging in age from 3 months to 15 years old for approximately 21 years . I have a Teacher permit through the state of California and an Associate in Science degree in the field of Early Childhood Education. Currently I provide early intervention services to children in their homes, working on any developmental delays they have. I coach parents on how to play with their child as part of their daily routine. In addition, I have a business as a special education advocate, helping parents through the IEP process. My child care experience began many years ago as a babysitter for families in my neighborhood. I have always enjoyed working with children and experiencing the joy of watching them grow, learn and explore the world around them. I worked as a nanny in Hawaii while also working as a youth development mentor at the Boys and Girls Club of Maui. My experience teaching at child care centers allowed me the opportunities to care for children as young as 3 months old, which included daily routines of diapering, feeding and napping, as well as reading, singing and soothing. I have experience with tummy time, bottle feeding, determining why an infant may be upset and of course, building a trusting relationship. As the children got older, I was an integral part of their development from crawling and scooting to assisted walking, to walking without assistance; from bottles to cups and finger foods, and language development. A big part of my day was also spent fostering social emotional development Activities that I enjoy doing with children include art, music, dance, gross and fine motor movement, sensory, science, reading and outdoor play. I pride myself on being creative and resourceful when it comes to planning fun activities and keeping children engaged. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, surfing and other ocean sports. I have recently taken archery lessons and love it! If you are seeking a trustworthy, experienced loving caregiver I hope to hear from you soon and meet your family. Thank you.
“Our first visit went great! I found Nancy to be very trustworthy, responsible, and easy to communicate with. Our daughter laughed with her and seemed very comfortable and at ease around her, which was wonderful to see. I felt very reassured by Nancy’s personality and the way she interacted with our daughter, and I definitely plan to use her again in the future!”
Hi, I am Jeanette. I attended West Texas A&M. I was on the West Valley Women's Soccer and Swim team. I love the outdoors and being active. At the age of fourteen, I started working with kids at Pinehurst Cabana Club every summer. I teach all ages how to swim from 16 weeks old to 72 years young. I work at Pinhurst every summer for the past five years and I love every minute of it. I also am a referee for soccer dealing with a lot of 10 and under kids. I enjoy working and playing with kids. I also assist as a referee for soccer. During my middle school years, I worked with autistic elementary students who needed a little more assistance.
“Jeanette watched my 4 year old daughter for an evening while I was in San Diego for work. She arrived early, was communicative and instantly connected with my kiddo. They had a blast together and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.”
Hi, I’m Gracie! I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology (ADP). Through the ADP minor, I completed 26 units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework that meet the requirements for the California Child Development Permit (Site Supervisor level). I’m now preparing to apply to a master’s program in Occupational Therapy. I currently support three families, caring for children from 3 months to 12 years old. I completed a nine-month internship at an early childhood education center working with toddlers (18-36 months) and have babysat school-aged children, volunteered at elementary schools for over eight years, and mentored high school students through the college application process. I love working with children and strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I especially enjoy utilizing the outdoors and play-based activities to foster child-initiated learning and help children build confidence and independence. I’m patient, reliable, CPR and First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, TB tested, and comfortable supporting daily routines from school drop-offs to bedtime. I’d love the chance to support your family!
“Our son loved spending time with her. She has a great attitude”
