Hi there! I’m Cindy. I’m currently in my last semester at SJSU and will be graduating this fall with my bachelor’s in Child & Adolescent Development and a minor in Special Education. I hope to become either a special education teacher or social worker so I can continue helping children who need a little extra support. I’ve worked with children for over 7 years, including 6 years in ABA across home, clinic, and school settings, along with babysitting throughout the years. I’m also a foster mom to my nephew, who I love with all my heart. I’m very sweet, patient, and child-centered, so I love following a child’s lead and letting them be themselves. At the same time, my years as an RBT have taught me how to be firm when needed, set boundaries, and follow through consistently. I enjoy working with children, especially just knowing how much they can teach you about yourself and the world around them. I usually would draw pictures so the kids can color in. I draw shapes and animals even the to draw they favorite characters. I make muffins and cookies with kids and decorate them with them. Hello! My name is Kylie, and I’m 22 years old. I’m currently a student at West Valley College with a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities. I have over 12 years of babysitting experience, along with professional childcare experience at The Club at Los Gatos, where I worked with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old.
