Hi, I'm Katherine. I am college student and current music major! Three words I’d use to describe myself are compassionate, authentic, and creative! I am so excited to be of help to you and your family! I’ve been helping my mom care for children and babysit practically my whole life. Alongside child care, I also have lots of experience in tutoring. Tutoring is a way to help others grow in their studies and confidence. Often, all it takes is approaching from another perspective. Learning is beautiful, and everyone's brain works a little differently. With a little patience and guidance, it becomes much easier! Also, tutoring is a great way for me to exercise my own brain! I began tutoring when I was roughly 11. My mom tutored and babysat as I was growing up. For as long as I can remember, our home was a sort of mini school with phonics posters and times tables on the wall. Once I got older, I was able to help out more and more.
