My name is Ashley, I been a nanny for 20+ years age ranging from newborn to age 18. Nurturing children through various stages of development and managing household responsibilities. I have experience working with 4 children at a time ranging from infant to teenager. Managing both newborns and toddlers simultaneously can be demanding but manageable with some planning. I can involve the toddlers in gentle activities that won't disturb the newborn, such as coloring, building blocks, or playing with soft toys. While the toddlers are occupied, I can attend to the newborn's needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, or putting them down for a nap. Hi families! I've been working as a full time nanny for 6 years, and babysitting in my free time. I stayed with two families before as a live in nanny, it was a great experience!! I love working with children. I've worked with infants and older kids ages between 3 months to 13 years old. I strive to help children reach their milestones by doing age appropriate activities. For instance, with infants tummy time, helping them sit by themselves, introducing soiled food or new foods, training them to walk, potty training, reading books to them and playing with them in a stimulus way.
