Hi! My name is Alyx and I am a passionate educator and adventure enthusiast originally from Phoenix, Arizona. Currently I’m seeking occasional roles (evenings/weekends) as my schedule allows. My experience: I have over a decade of childcare experience, ranging from occasional babysitting to long-term nannying, newborns to twelve year olds— and I am also a former teacher! I have worked to develop meaningful relationships with the families I care for, and I looove getting to know kids. Their energy and curiosity is so wonderful and I think all adults can learn from young people. Thanks for considering me for your childcare needs ☺️.

Took a break from babysitting but looking for extra income again! I have 9+ years of experience working with kids! I babysat as my main income thru college and was a snowboard instructor for ages 4-7! I love to hangout with kids and I can promise I won’t sit on my phone the whole time like some sitters… I love to play & follow the kids lead in what we do! Happy to answer any questions about myself!!

Amazing sitter! So engaged with my kiddo who is creatively inclined, she specifically requested her again!

Hi, my name is Nina and I moved up here about a year ago from Florida, now I’m in school for nursing. I’m available for babysitting, senior care, and house services. Im just looking for side work to help pay for school. Back home I was teaching kids at children’s church ages 2-10. Also I did baby sit a few kids after church at their houses per the parents request (ages 3,7, and 10). I’ve grown up mainly around older people and enjoy spending time with them as well. My grandparents run a cleaning business back home which I helped with a lot too if other services are needed. Right now I work at Seattle children’s hospital and at a clinic for children on the spectrum. I also have a lot of back ground volunteering in SPED classrooms and ASD clinics. Since I work in a clinical setting I am CPR, BLS, FIRST AID, AND CPI certified. Overall I’m really into music, reading, and the arts. So I always find something fun to do with the kids whether it’s just dance, teaching instruments, drawing, karaoke, teaching a card games, helping with homework, or reading them a story! I like cook for my siblings and other kids I have babysat, so if needed I can cook as well.

Nina was great at playing with our toddler

Hello, my name is Lisa (AnnaLisa). I'm an experienced, reliable, and fun caregiver looking for further opportunities to continue working with families. My B.A. degrees from UC Santa Barbara in Psychology & Communications with a focus on child development pushes me to positively change the lives of children. I have been a caregiver of newborns to teenagers for 19+ years in a variety of environments: schools, babysitting, daycare facilities, community centers and nannying. My previous roles include Campus Manager, Extended Care Coordinator and Instructional Aide at a private IB Reggio Italian Immersion Elementary School working on the administrative side, as well as collaborating in the classroom, recess and after school programs. I was previously a Behavior Therapist for children (specifically with Autism & Sensory Processing Disorder) in underserved schools leading to my strong belief a naturalistic environment of learning should be safe, creative, enjoyable, and a place of growth. When working on my credentials, I spent two years as a full-time nanny for a girl (3-5 years old). I transitioned to be a Kindergarten teacher for a pod group supporting virtual learning during the pandemic. In 2021, I moved to Seattle in a new field as a Project Manager for a brand marketing company, and looking to stay to my roots by caring for families in my free time. I was previously the Head Coach for Girls Leading Girls soccer non-profit that focuses on life skills through sports. Through the years my concentration has been in three main areas: skills development, leadership training and character building. I am trained CPR/First Aid certified from my time as a Swim Instructor at the JCC. In my free time I enjoy crafting, cooking, yoga, writing, boxing, pickleball, and being out in the sun. My life passions are demonstrated by world travels, giant library of books, and long history working with children of all ages (newborn - early teens).

Annalisa was a great sitter for our daughter. She brought activities with her and jumped right into caring for the kid while we finished getting ready. We would definitely recommend her services to anyone who wants a responsive, well rounded caregiver for their kiddo.
