I am a homeschooling mother of 5 children. I have been lovingly caring for children for 23 years. I know that finding child care for your kids is a serious matter. You want to find a someone who will care for your children the same way that you would. My goal is to provide a safe and happy family environment for your kids. We love to learn through play and enjoy our time together.

I currently work for a family twice a week for about six hours a day. Along with this I also coach tumbling classes to children ages 4-18. I have been doing this for about two and a half years. I have been occasionally babysitting for around 6-7 years!

For two decades, l've found immense joy in nurturing children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. My previous babysitting roles inspired me to dedicate myself to making a positive impact on young lives and supporting families. I am patient, creative, friendly, and comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am happy to care for up to five children and assist with cooking and light housekeeping. I am also trained in CPR. Hello! As a teenager, I lifeguarded for a very busy water park, and I learned to govern a child's behavior to keep them safe as well as interact with them in a manner that keeps the tone playful, yet informative. I taught countless swim classes over the summers with young children to pre-teens, and I found that maintaining a relational bond with kids makes the learning process stronger. I grew up with siblings over ten years younger than me and have spent their early years managing their behavior, learning habits, and their fun. I have also babysat for neighbors, especially during high school and after high school. I would love to find a family to connect with and provide meaningful, engaging care for!

Hello! My name is Katelyn, and I am a fun, loving, optimistic 21-year-old girl. I just recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arizona State University, which is very exciting! By choice, I did a majority of my clinical rotations at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, as I am most interested in caring for children. I absolutely adore everything about them; their eagerness to learn, their curiosity, fun and loving spirits, imaginations, playful natures, etc! I'm all about having a good time with them, and will support any and all of their needs. I would be honored to care for anyone's child -- my intention is to protect their safety and well-being at all costs. Going into more about who I am as a person, I believe I am (and strive to be) a kind, caring, considerate, respectful, and understanding individual. I am also very adventurous, easy-going, and open-minded. I'm up for anything. I love to cook, bake delicious treats, read, occasionally play cutesy-girly video games on my Nintendo Switch (but I'm definitely open to playing more intense games if you have a girl or boy who loves that type of stuff!), explore nature, swim, and be goofy. I am very family-oriented as well. I have had my driver's license since the day I turned 16, so I have been driving for about 5 years now. I have a clean record, and have driven short-distance, long-distance, in the rain, during dust storms, you name it. I can handle all types of environments. I am CPR certified as well. As for my childcare experience, I babysat many of my younger cousins for years, worked as a teacher's assistant at a math and reading center for 1 year, and was a full-time lead teacher at KinderCare for 6 months in the year 2024. I loved both jobs, and only left for school reasons. I have experience in caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners. I am happy to help out with anything you need. Crafts, homework, driving to appointments, school, or extracurriculars, etc.
