I have over 30 years of childcare experience both privately and professionally. I am a homeschool parent to 4 young children, including 3 teenagers. While I was in college to obtain a bachelor's in education, I worked as both a nanny and in a daycare for the local school district. I believe that children are full humans deserving of the same respect we would give any adult. I prefer gentle parenting and guidance in lieu of punishment. As a mom, I am well versed with the complex inner workings of running a household. I cook, clean, and everything else for my own family. As for pets, I am a proud kitty mama and have assisted in raising over 50 neonatal kittens as a foster volunteer.
Hi! My name is Madeline or Maddie. I hold a bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Education from UCSD. I have worked with newborns as young as 2 months to children as old as 13. I have about six years of babysitting experience, with four of those years being after I turned 18. I have also previously worked as an elementary school tutor for 3 years as well as privately. I have my own transportation. In addition I am also CPR and First Aid Certified with a Covid Vaccination. I am proficient in American Sign and I am fluent in English. I am a very patient and energetic babysitter. I would love to continue expanding my caregiving experience by babysitting for you. Thank you so much!
Dear Parents, my name is Sabrina. I've always had a passion for working with children. I started babysitting at 18 years old, so that's over 10+ years now, was a nanny for 2 years, and an assistant teacher at a daycare. I now work at a non profit organization for children. I believe we really shape children's lives, so I would wish to make a difference in at least one child's life. With me, your children will have fun, playing, and learning in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy taking children to the zoo, park, movies, and museums. I also enjoy coloring, reading, writing or drawing with children. I am responsible, dependable, and fun. I have 2 years of paid experience as a nanny with elementary aged children (2 girls). My experience includes preparing meals, transporting child to and from home/activities/school and cleaning up after. I also have 10 years of babysitting experience, mostly for date nights or different occasions. I have experience changing diapers, bottle feeding, and putting babies to sleep. I'm honest, clean, organized, loving and respectful. I only ask for the opportunity to get to know me and put me to the test and you can compare my ability.
“Sabrina is friendly, warm and punctual. My daughter had a blast with her! ”
Child care: Hello! My name is Serenity and I have been working in childcare since I was 14. I am one of 48 cousins so for as long as I can remember, I have always been taking care of someone younger than myself. I have worked as a full time nanny to a family with an infant under 8 months. This included being home alone for 8+ hours and in charge of all care. I followed a strict sleep schedule and routine. Prepared bottles and purées. Reference available for contact. As well as done over night shifts to help with sleep training and regression. I have been called the “baby whisperer” by more than one. I believe with patients, a calm energy, and a strong routine, all infants can be sleep trained easily. I am also a high school and travel ball softball coach so my training in CPR/First Aide/Basic medical care is very extensive as it’s required for those positions. I am also fluent in ASL and studied child development at Golden West College. I enjoy art, sports, adventures, learning, and all things fun! Elderly care: I grew up living with my grandmother who had COPD. I was one of her main caregivers for the better half of 5 years. I helped schedule and monitor doctor’s visits. Kept her on a very strict schedule that followed her doctor’s instructions, administered medication, picked up medications, drove her anywhere her heart desired, and spent so many hours watching the cooking network. But always found every second so much fun. I worked as a patient services supervisor for a very reputable physical therapy company so I understand the details of American health insurance better than most. I also learned many fall prevention, basic mobility training, and mobility support throughout my years there. I have always been someone who loves to spend my time with the generations from before me. Before she passed, my great grandma, who lived in Apple Valley, and I would talk on the phone almost daily, spend hours writing letters back and forth because she felt it was a lost art, went on road trips with over 16 hour long drives. Just chatting and enjoying. I love old movies, TV shows, music and am happy to help with any needs to help the person in your life in any way I can. While also hopefully alleviating any stress from you any way I can.
I’m Jorden! A well seasoned nanny. I have over 10 years paid experience. I’ve worked for LBUSD and Long Beach Parks and Recreation. I also volunteer with my former high school often. When it comes to my childcare career, I have consistently worked for a family with 5 year old twin girls. I have been with them since they were 10 months old. I am no stranger to picking up or dropping off at practice or school. I often sit for other families as well. Most of which have kids at the Belmont Shore KinderCare, Fremont Elementary, Naples Elementary, and Rogers Middle School. I have tons of experience working with children of all ages, as well as working with multiples. I am open to working 10+ hours and overnights. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am also very reliable. I am CPR and first aid certified.
