Also, as much as you need me I am there and I'm happy to be there for your kids and you. I love to cook from Breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I love to bake too. I like to interact with your kids from their sports, school activities, homework, anything that entertains them and its educational. I like to make or prep your kids meal(s) that's left for dinner time, once they are ready or meanwhile they are doing homework. I know and understand when you need help and you don't have help. I have over 30 years of childcare experience both privately and professionally. I am a homeschool parent to 4 young children, including 3 teenagers. While I was in college to obtain a bachelor's in education, I worked as both a nanny and in a daycare for the local school district. I believe that children are full humans deserving of the same respect we would give any adult. I prefer gentle parenting and guidance in lieu of punishment. As a mom, I am well versed with the complex inner workings of running a household. I cook, clean, and everything else for my own family. As for pets, I am a proud kitty mama and have assisted in raising over 50 neonatal kittens as a foster volunteer.

Dear Parents, my name is Sabrina. I've always had a passion for working with children. I started babysitting at 18 years old, so that's over 10+ years now, was a nanny for 2 years, and an assistant teacher at a daycare. I now work at a non profit organization for children. I believe we really shape children's lives, so I would wish to make a difference in at least one child's life. With me, your children will have fun, playing, and learning in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy taking children to the zoo, park, movies, and museums. I also enjoy coloring, reading, writing or drawing with children. I am responsible, dependable, and fun. I have 2 years of paid experience as a nanny with elementary aged children (2 girls). My experience includes preparing meals, transporting child to and from home/activities/school and cleaning up after. I also have 10 years of babysitting experience, mostly for date nights or different occasions. I have experience changing diapers, bottle feeding, and putting babies to sleep. I'm honest, clean, organized, loving and respectful. I only ask for the opportunity to get to know me and put me to the test and you can compare my ability.

Sabrina is friendly, warm and punctual. My daughter had a blast with her!

Serenity Lakewood
$25 per hour for 1 child

Child care: Hello! My name is Serenity and I have been working in childcare since I was 14. I am one of 48 cousins so for as long as I can remember, I have always been taking care of someone younger than myself. I have worked as a full time nanny to a family with an infant under 8 months. This included being home alone for 8+ hours and in charge of all care. I followed a strict sleep schedule and routine. Prepared bottles and purées. Reference available for contact. As well as done over night shifts to help with sleep training and regression. I have been called the “baby whisperer” by more than one. I believe with patients, a calm energy, and a strong routine, all infants can be sleep trained easily. I am also a high school and travel ball softball coach so my training in CPR/First Aide/Basic medical care is very extensive as it’s required for those positions. I am also fluent in ASL and studied child development at Golden West College. I enjoy art, sports, adventures, learning, and all things fun! Elderly care: I grew up living with my grandmother who had COPD. I was one of her main caregivers for the better half of 5 years. I helped schedule and monitor doctor’s visits. Kept her on a very strict schedule that followed her doctor’s instructions, administered medication, picked up medications, drove her anywhere her heart desired, and spent so many hours watching the cooking network. But always found every second so much fun. I worked as a patient services supervisor for a very reputable physical therapy company so I understand the details of American health insurance better than most. I also learned many fall prevention, basic mobility training, and mobility support throughout my years there. I have always been someone who loves to spend my time with the generations from before me. Before she passed, my great grandma, who lived in Apple Valley, and I would talk on the phone almost daily, spend hours writing letters back and forth because she felt it was a lost art, went on road trips with over 16 hour long drives. Just chatting and enjoying. I love old movies, TV shows, music and am happy to help with any needs to help the person in your life in any way I can. While also hopefully alleviating any stress from you any way I can.
