I have also worked through IHSS as a caregiver for a high support needs autistic woman with an intellectual disability. Additionally, I have experience caring for an elderly family member with dementia, which then transitioned into end-of-life care. I am a full time employee as a diesel mechanic at a local tractor shop and a part time student. I also am in the middle of trying to get my own small business up and running. When I am not at school I am hanging out with my family, cooking family dinners or cleaning or maybe even studying for my classes! I have taken three years of American Sign Language in High School.
