I am a licensed elementary school teacher with 8 years teaching a variety of grade levels k-5. I grew up in Fort Collins, CO and began working with children about 18 years ago. I was a nursery director caring for multiple children ages 0-12. I received my bachelors of science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and my Master of Arts in Teaching elementary education from University of Northern Colorado. I am crafty, I enjoy baking, sports, dogs, being outside, board games, music, and more. I care about all needs of the child and have developed a large collection of tools for working with children. I am CPR certified, a safe driver, and have experience working with youth with special needs. I hope you will find that I am the passionate and thoughtful caretaker you need, whether it’s a short term, date night, or regular part time summer work your kids will be in safe hands.
Hi! I’m Manuela, I’m 23 and I truly enjoy spending time with kids. I have experience caring for children of different ages – from infants to tweens – and I love coming up with creative and fun activities to keep them happy and engaged.🙋🏻♀️ I'm patient, cheerful, and very responsible – I always try to create a safe and loving environment for the kids. I'm also great at following routines and instructions, and I don’t mind helping with meals or light cooking! I’m fluent in Spanish and currently improving my English. I’m also CPR certified. Let me know if you have any questions – I’d love to connect! 😊
I have over seven years of professional childcare experience and hold a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked extensively with infants, toddlers, and school-age children, providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child’s individual needs. My experience includes supporting early developmental milestones, establishing consistent routines, and creating engaging educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I am well-versed in infant care, including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and tummy time, toddler care such as potty training, language development, and guided play, and school-age care including homework support, structured activities, and age-appropriate responsibility building. Throughout my career, I have prioritized safety, nurturing relationships, and positive guidance. I maintain open and professional communication with parents, offering regular updates on progress, behavior, and milestones. I am dependable, organized, and committed to creating a supportive environment where children can thrive.
Hi, My name is Madelyne! I’m a reliable, creative, and attentive caregiver with a strong background in both childcare and education. I currently work in education and prevention for a nonprofit, where I support individuals and communities through learning, safety, and well-being initiatives. I’m also in school studying consciousness and psychology, which deepens my understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and supportive communication. I have hands-on babysitting experience with children as young as 1 year old and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, depending on their ages and needs. I bring a calm, grounded presence and genuinely enjoy engaging kids through music, art, and outdoor activities. With several years of experience in restaurant operations, I’m highly knowledgeable about food safety and allergy management, so you can feel confident your child’s dietary needs will be handled with care. I am CPR certified and prioritize safety in all situations. I’m also happy to support your household beyond childcare. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all kinds and enjoy spending time with animals just as much as I do with kids. Additionally, I’m open to assisting elder family members with companionship and light support. I’m glad to help with errands, light cleaning, and general household tasks to make your day-to-day life easier. In my free time, I love gardening, hiking, spending time at the park, and caring for my tortoise—so I’m always happy to encourage outdoor play and curiosity about nature. I’m also comfortable helping with meal prep, routines, and bedtime. I strive to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel supported and parents feel at ease.
“Madelyne is the best! She is sooo good with our kids and is a total ray of sunshine. She takes care of our 16 month twins boys who are high octane energy. You’ll love Madelyne just like we do :)”
I started babysitting when I was 12 and have continued to throughout my life. I’m a 50 year old mother of two boys, 22 and 20 and we had a dog and multiple cats along the way. I worked at gym daycares when the kids were little as well as traded babysitting with friends with kids. I myself was raised with a younger sister and many animals including a pony, dogs, cats, fish, birds, a bunny, turtles and rats. I spent my summers at our families ranch in Northern California which has horses, cows, dogs, cats, peacocks, turkeys and pheasants. All in all I’ve had the joy of enjoying and taking care of many children and animals through the years and look forward to doing the same with yours.
