I’ve been a childcare provider for over 10 years. Watching all ages from under 6 months all the way to 13 years old. I love the laughter and joy that comes with sharing time with tiny creative minds. I am a comedian and improviser so I’ll likely be laughing and joining in with the kids in ANY and ALL jokes. I come from a lifelong private Catholic school background and graduated from a college-preparatory high school in Los Angeles. I am currently a full-time Marine Biology student at Hawaii Pacific University, balancing academics with several years of hands-on childcare experience as a teacher’s aide, math tutor, and volleyball coach. I have assisted with lesson planning, supervised field trips, led student groups, tracked progress, and supported children one-on-one while communicating closely with parents and staff. As my mom is a long time elementary educator, I have always been surrounded by teachers and childcare. Hello! I’m Alexa, and I’m excited to introduce myself to you! I have extensively babysat for neighbors, family friends, and relatives for over 5 years.
