I’ve been a childcare provider for over 10 years. Watching all ages from under 6 months all the way to 13 years old. I love the laughter and joy that comes with sharing time with tiny creative minds. I am a comedian and improviser so I’ll likely be laughing and joining in with the kids in ANY and ALL jokes. I come from a lifelong private Catholic school background and graduated from a college-preparatory high school in Los Angeles. I am currently a full-time Marine Biology student at Hawaii Pacific University, balancing academics with several years of hands-on childcare experience as a teacher’s aide, math tutor, and volleyball coach. I have assisted with lesson planning, supervised field trips, led student groups, tracked progress, and supported children one-on-one while communicating closely with parents and staff. I’m patient, dependable, organized, and calm under pressure, with strong leadership and caregiving skills. I’m Filipino, understand Tagalog and Spanish, and am comfortable working with diverse families.

As a K–6 teacher for the past 6 years, I’ve had the joy of helping children grow academically and emotionally through creativity, patience, and consistent routines. Arts and emotional expression are important in my work, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and encouraged. Aloha! I am a current student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and majoring in Elementary Education. As my mom is a long time elementary educator, I have always been surrounded by teachers and childcare. I assisted my mother and other teachers in their classrooms since I can remember and was also a after-school A+ leader during high school. Working with kids is my passion and I truly believe that allowing children to learn and grow in safe environments is extremely important. I am fun loving but also set clear boundaries with the kids I work with to ensure an enjoyable, but safe, time.
