Hi, I’m Haley! Growing up as the oldest of 5 children, my experience with child care started at a young age. I had the privilege of learning babysitting basics right at home, which made me ready to babysit neighbors and cousins throughout middle school and high school, college, and even post grad. Whether it be a date night here and there, all day nannying, or overnight care, caring for children has always been something I enjoy and excel at. I do believe my education and work experience allowed me to become an even better provider. At Loras College, I double majored in Public Relations and Spanish, studied abroad in Spain where I taught ESL, was part of the campus Peace & Justice Club, and worked as a Solid Waste Education intern. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching students about the importance of taking care of our earth. My experience in college very much shaped me into someone who wanted to use talents to do something moral and ethical with my time. This passion opened the door to what would become my career for the last 8 years: Parks and Recreation. I can’t put into words how much I loved being the Superintendent of Marketing at the Oak Brook Park District. The work, the people, serving the community, and being part of providing special memories to people aged 0-100 filled my cup with pure joy. I didn’t think anything could make me walk away from this career, until, I had my precious daughter in May of 2024. Life is full of surprises! As of September 2025, I am now a stay at home mom, who enjoys every second of the day with my child. Motherhood has reminded me how much I enjoy being with children, teaching them new things, going on adventures, and helping them grow. I am seeking a part time nanny position that would allow me bring my daughter with me. We promise to be the best care giver (and little friend) to your family! We also know how to prepare meals, clean up, and take care of cats and dogs. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time if you have questions or would like to speak to my references.
Hi, my name is Nicole and I am a mom of two children - an 8 month old & almost 4 year old. Given this experience, I feel comfortable caring for babies and toddlers.
My name is Savannah and I have been a babysitter/nanny for 1 year. While I have babysat before then, they were only one-timers. I am looking for a long-term position with the right family & kids! My responsibilities could include: basic homework help (elementary school and down), meal prep or cooking, light housework, laundry, picking up from school, and much more! The possibilities are really endless. I am a very fun, responsible, loving babysitter or nanny. I ensure the safety and care of your child/children above all else. And I can also ensure that they will never be bored! I grew up with multiple animals and I am also able to watch your fur babies and take care of them as well. I am an online Nursing Student at Elgin Community College. This online opportunity is supporting me the best because it gives me more capacity and capabilities to be employed. Right now, I am looking for a part-time position, but that could change depending on the conditions of my school schedule. I would love to work with you and your family!
I've been babysitting my whole life and really enjoy spending time with children. They are genuine, inventive and energetic and a welcome change from the adults I spend most of my time with! I'd love to meet to see if I would be a good fit for you. I began babysitting when I was 12 and haven't stopped since. My youngest sister was born when I was 14 so I have day-to-day experience caring for a young child in my own family. I babysat my way through college, for individual families and for a few churches in a daycare setting. During the summer I worked day camp for school age children and also did respite work with handicapped children. After college I worked full time in the infant and toddler rooms of an Athletic center in Denver for a year - also privately babysitting for several of those families.
Hi there! My name is Caitlyn and I am 30 years old with over 13 years of true nannying and babysitting experience. I first started babysitting neighborhood kids at age 15, quickly becoming the go to babysitter on my block for date nights. I was a full time nanny for 2 kiddos (7 & 10) in Evanston the summer of 2014, and a full time overnight camp counselor the summer before that for a cabin full of 8 year olds. Right after graduating from Loyola in 2017, I became a teachers assistant at a private preschool/daycare in Lakeview, helping out with all classrooms from newborns-5 years. Experienced with children of all ages, I love supporting continuous development and growth and take a lot of pride in my ability to connect with and teach children; I am punctual, experienced, and would like to think lots of fun :) After working in tech sales for 5 years, my heart called me back to early childhood, and after being a short term nanny for a 3mo old girl before she began daycare full time last summer, I began teaching in Children’s House (3-5 years) at Guidepost Montessori. My fiancé and I just moved to Fox River Grove to be closer to family, so I’m available in the surrounding areas most weekday evenings after 5:30-6pm, and occasional weekends! Can’t wait to hear from you :)
