Hello! My name is Tiffani and I am an aspiring speech language therapist/communication specialist. I have recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelors in Speech and Hearing Sciences and will be attending the University of Minnesota's Twin Cities' Speech Language Therapy Program during Fall of 2026. As for my own personal interests and hobbies, I thoroughly enjoy cooking, biking, and finding fun crafts from Pinterest to do! I like to spend my free time in the nature and tufting rugs. I have a strong love for animals and currently have 3 cats of my own. Fun fact - but I also care for an outdoor colony of 6 cats! I have also cared for dogs, parakeets, and fish in my past as well. I have two years of experience working as a childcare assistant teacher and direct support professional. In these roles, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals of varying abilities and across different life stages—including toddlers, adults, and seniors. I consistently applied and strengthened my skills in cooking, cleaning, and running errands, while remaining attentive to the unique needs and personal goals of each individual. Through my experiences and educational background, I have a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social demands and wellbeing of children and adults.

Current graduate student studying Early Childhood Education. I have three years of experience working at a child care center with children ages 14 months-5 years old. I also work for an afterschool program with grade school children (K-6).
