I love taking care of children, and pets. I have many years of experience taking care of both children, and infants. I will treat your children, family, pets, and home, as if they were my own. I am very flexible, friendly, and accommodating, and welcome “real time” feedback. I grew up, on a farm, in Wisconsin, so I’ve always taken care of animals, my entire life, and it is second nature to me. I had chores, from a VERY early age, on the farm, and was responsible for the care, and well being, of all the animals that I took care of. I really enjoy being active, and being outdoors, so I would love to spend time, with your child, and pet, outdoors, if possible. Trips to the park, stroller rides, walking to the ball park, arts and crafts, interactive story time, reading aloud from different kinds of books, are all activities that I love. I’ve also played the piano since I was nine years old, and would love to share my love of all things music, with your child. If you have a piano, in your home, we can even do some impromptu mini-piano lessons, if your child is interested. I have lots of years of experience taking care of families that have multiple children. I am also comfortable preparing meals, and snacks, sometimes even for the parents. 😆. I am comfortable with picking up around the house, making sure things are organized for when mom and dad get home, and throwing some laundry into the wash machine, and dryer. I do love pets too, and dogs are my absolute favorite.

Hello, my name is Jasmin and here is a little bit about me. I have 3 younger siblings whom I have baby sat and raise throughout the years. In my personal experiences, I have babysat children from ages 2 and up and jobs consisted of helping with homework, playtime, and bedtime duties. Implement developmentally appropriate entertainment, fair discipline and creating stimulating environment for children in my care. I can clean, organize, work well with both as an individual or part of a team, and complete a request to the prime of my capacity. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorder and Sciences and a doctorate degree in Audiology. Throughout my studies and I have taken three child development courses. I see how many of the different topics I learned in my child development classes help me in my interactions with the children and I have applied many strategies I have learned in applying fair discipline and a stimulating environment while the children are in my care. I admire working with children and create activities to keep entertained, imaginary play, dancing, board games, and an aptitude for arts and crafts. I have excellent communication skills and I enjoy talking to and helping out people. I pride myself in taking on challenges and growing and learning from my different experiences whether they are good or bad. Any experience is a good learning experience. I look forward to the contingency I gain and the household I will accommodate. Thank you.

She is fantastic. She's responsible, professional, and kind. My kids adored her. She managed our often chaotic household with aplomb. Wholeheartedly reccomend.

56 year old retired mother of 2 adult children and small dog looking for some extra cash and getting out. I’m very experienced neurotypical kids but also with autism/spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety and mental health challenges kids sometimes face. They don’t phase me! 20 years of meditation has cultivated a calm, loving and patient perspective in me. Modeling this helps deregulated kids and even seniors who can get easily overwhelmed by life. Let me help them and cover for you while you take care of errands, appointments or yourself! Looking forwards to meeting you!

Lisa was super flexible with us! My husband was told he would have to work late but his job ended up getting done early so he was home early but she was willing to stay later to help us out. I appreciated her quick communication and the kids really enjoyed hanging out with her!
