I have 2 young nieces (10 and 8) whom I often babysit, drive to and from activities, and keep busy at home while my brother is working. If you'd like to book me for less, that is fine as long as I am still being paid for the full 4 hours. --------- I require full payment for the time I am booked regardless of when the parents come home. **Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, I expect 50% of payment agreed upon. If you cancel within 24 hours, I expect to receive 100% of the payment. **Emergencies: I am CPR & first aid certified. In the case of an emergency that I feel I am not equipped to handle (ex: severe allergic reaction, fire, medical emergency, etc..) I follow the following plan: 1. Do what I can to ensure child(rens) safety. 2. Call 911. 3. Call Parents. **Interviews: Initially I prefer phone interviews. If it is a working interview, I charge at my minimum rate of per child.

I've been working with kids for over ten years and as the oldest of five, caring for children and being attentive to their needs is first nature to me.
