About me: My name is Daniella, I'm 40yrs old and I've been babysitting since the age of 13. Although I have a full-time career as an accountant, I still babysit part-time. I think kids are amazing. I love babysitting because it's completely different from what I do on a daily basis. Kids always teach me something new about life or remind me of the great things that I forgot about. I enjoy playing games and reading to kids. I think kids really enjoy it when I read to them because I do all of the voices! In my free time I enjoy painting, and traveling, and I am studying French. Availability: Friday - Sunday evenings. Please see my calendar for up-to-date availability. POLICY: *4 HOUR MINIMUM FRIDAYS - SUNDAYS* *CANCELLATION NOTICE: 48 HOURS. FEE OF 50% TIME BOOKED IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN*

She was wonderful with my son, communicate well, and very helpful.

Lake Oswego
$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Tualatin, OR

New to Portland, OR, I moved here with my husband and two cats from Nashville, TN so I could study naturopathic medicine at NUNM. Before starting medical school, I worked as a professional nanny and part-time babysitter for 4 years after graduating from Vanderbilt University with my bachelors. I’ve cared for children of all ages from infant to pre-teen and we always find a way to have fun and learn new to things! My responsibilities have included meal prep, drop off and pick up from school or camp, morning and nighttime routines, and general tidying of the house. I would describe myself as punctual, professional, and flexible under pressure. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. I have also house sat and dog watched for a family I had nannied for, where my duties included checking food and water, administering medicine, and taking her for walks. With my variable school schedule, I’m looking for one-time or part-time childcare or pet-care positions. I hope you find me to be a good fit!

Andrea Portland
$24 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Andrea, a mom to an energetic 4-year-old and a professional childcare provider with over 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including children with special needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I currently work professionally with children every day. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable while parents have peace of mind. I enjoy reading stories, arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational activities, and helping children build confidence through positive encouragement. Through my work in ABA, I have experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs using patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. I’m happy to help with light housekeeping related to the children, preparing simple meals and snacks, homework help, bedtime routines, and keeping your family’s schedule running smoothly. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your children. As a mom myself, I treat every child with the same kindness, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. I’d love the opportunity to meet your family!
