My name is Azure and I am a Nanny from beautiful Sonoma County. With over five years of experience caring for children—primarily ages 4 and under—and three years supporting elderly clients, I bring a calm, compassionate presence to every family I work with. For the past three years, I’ve been a full-time nanny for one family, supporting their daughter’s growth from toddlerhood into preschool. My responsibilities have included meal prep, potty training, school pickup, homework help, and light housekeeping, providing dependable, all-around support for busy parents. I’ve also worked with children on the autism spectrum and bring a patient, individualized approach to each child’s unique needs. My background in elderly care, including hospice and dementia support, has deepened my empathy and taught me the importance of making people feel seen, heard, and valued—principles I bring into every aspect of childcare. I’m dedicated, dependable, and passionate about helping children feel safe, confident, and cared for in their everyday routines.
Hi! I’m Olivia :) I’m currently attending the Santa Rosa Junior College and have been working with kids for many years now. I absolutely love being around children and have experience with all ages, from newborns (3 months old), babies to toddlers and older kids. I’ve been babysitting since I was pretty young, and over the years I’ve helped with pretty much everything… meals, naps, crafts, outings, driving to activities, and just keeping kids busy and having fun! I love being outside, going on walks and little adventures, reading, baking, doing crafts, and finding fun things to do together. I’m also happy to help out around the house with things like cleaning, cooking, organizing, or running errands when needed. I’m a huge animal lover too, so pets are never a problem! I love both cats and dogs and am not allergic to any animals. Overall, I’m pretty easygoing, caring, and love being able to become someone a family and their kids feel comfortable with. :)
“Olivia was flexible with my start time and very responsible. She was a great communicator, asked good questions, and I felt safe leaving my 5 month old with her for 8 hours!”
Hello! Ive been working with children my entire working life. I began teaching swimming lessons to infants through pre-teens, babysitting infants-toddlers, and working as a high school mentor before going to college. I got a degree in Spanish literature and language in WA state (University of Puget Sound) and taught middle and high school in Andorra as a Fulbright fellow (borders Spain and France). After returning to the US, I went to Stanford to get my Masters in Education and worked with students for seven years across the Bay Area. I now work as a preschool/infant Montessori style educator/nanny, mentor, tutor, and educational consultant, in addition to pursuing my art in fusion dance and vocal performance. I love children, believe it is a life mission to help them feel understood and empowered, and have been described as quite the "Mary Poppins" advice, lullabies, and giant bag included :-) **Update: While I am currently looking for part-time and/or tutoring help, I am also available for occasional babysitting on the weekends/week nights!
I'd describe my personality as a patient, responsible, good listener, love being around kids, loving, and caring I like working with kids because I love having young kids around especially when they are at the age that they still enjoy playing and learning. I'm looking for a job that will be flexible and also a job that I enjoy doing especially during school and I would want to have more job experience with working with children for the future. I started working with kids when I started my college year. I've had the opportunity to work with children the past 2 years and it's been an amazing experience. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym. I usually like to hangout with my friends as well and I like going to my brother's soccer game especially on the weekends One thing you should know about me is I am a very responsible and kind person. My skills include being patient, make sure they are well attended, making sure they feel safe and comfortable
Hello, Hola, Bonjour! My name is Sophia and I am a 33 years old childcare professional. My grandparents were from the Philippines and my grandma was from Staten Island, NY! With over 15 years of experience in childcare, including nannying, babysitting and work in preschool classrooms, I am passionate about creating a loving and nurturing environment for children. Currently, I work as a preschool teacher for a local school district. I have been working in a preschool setting for over 6 years and have been working with families as a nanny, babysitter and caregiver for over 15. I thrive on engaging children in a variety of activities, from outdoor adventures such as nature walks to creative pursuits such as building, painting and dramatic play. I believe in play based, child led environments. I love to observe, explore and facilitate children's development. I believe in meeting every child where they are and creating developmentally appropriate environments where they can thrive and grow. My love for travel and good food enriches my approach, exposing children to diverse cultures and experiences. In my early twenties I studied abroad which led me afterwards to be an au pair in both Germany and Switzerland. I am currently a student at the SRJC. I have my Associates degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and am currently in my last semester to attain my AA Degree in Early Childhood. I plan to transfer to Sonoma State and attain my bachelors degree in ECE. I am inspired by children and their development and love creating joy for the world around them as they grow. Some hobbies I enjoy in my free time include skating, outdoor hiking, dancing, skiing and going to explore the tide pools at the beach. In the past six years I have recently been apart of synchronized skating and theater on ice teams where I went to both national and international competitions. My background as a figure skater and dancer allows me to bring creativity and movement into my interactions with kids. Helping the younger generation of figure skaters on ice fueled my interest in working with young children. In addition to my teaching experiences off ice I have been a figure skating coach at Snoopy's home ice for over 5 years. I have taught a variety of on ice programs including toddlers on ice, group classes and school programs to a variety of youth ages!
