Hi - My name is Alison and I am offering child care and household services. I have extensive experience with infants, toddlers, and school age children both in private homes and childcare settings. I also taught The Incredible Years parenting course and was recently certified as a Life Coach. For 10 years I was blessed to be a stay at home mom to a now 11 and 19 year old. I was also an admin for the local Buy Nothing group for about ten years and volunteered in other service capacities as well. I enjoy photography, hiking, and reading.

I grew up in an in-home childcare that my mother ran for about 12 years. I have four younger siblings as well. I started babysitting at 15 for the neighbors and by the time I was 19 I was doing overnights with a 3 month old baby girl, a two year old and ten year old. It was a lot but we did it! I’ve had a few other families over the years but it’s been some time as I am now a hairstylist and have worked in restaurants for the last 10-13 years. I am currently 37 years old and have my own 10 month old little boy who will be with me most of the time. He’s a very good, smart little guy and loves big kids. He has lots of older cousins he loves to play with. If you’re worried about it being too much for me to handle, please don’t. I am with him all day every day, we like to go outside and do things if you are comfortable with that. I am great with children.

I am a mother of four grown married children, I have none grandkids. I have helped my mother who was a caregiver. I currently have a job for seven years at the same place. I also have lived in Everett for at least 28 years I enjoy children and worked as a teacher assistant at a Christian daycare with my children when they were younger. I have had years ago before and after school day care I am still in contact with those parents .
