I just moved to New York for a couple of months. During this time I would love to babysit. I have experience working as a camp counselor where I was responsible for groups of 10 children aged 3 to 5. I learned how to care for all ages and all profiles. I also have experience with babies, I have cared over the past few months for a baby (from when they were a 6 month old to now a 1 year old), caring for them during the day and completing their night time routine. Tasks I did: help with lunch, assure safety at all times, respect a tight schedule, be alert and observant of all children always, motivate children to do what they have to get done (eg. Drinking water, brushing teeth), play games and engage conversations,keep parents informed of any problems asap, … I have also done overnight babysitting for a regular family (multiple days/ nights without parents) and gotten children ready for bed & school in the morning.
