I graduated from Westmont college in 2025 with a degree in psychology and theater. I have years of experience working with kids, including teaching middle school, one on one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, and extensive childcare experience. My specialty is creativity and play. My background in psychology helps me understand emotional regulation, sensory needs, and individualized support strategies. I learned in my time in ABA that structure and rigidity has a place, but I prefer to have more of a genuine relationship with my kiddos. I like to play and get on their level, but know how to maintain respect as well. I’m trained in positive reinforcement and have experience navigating meltdowns and transitions calmly and supportively. I have developed and worked on theater festivals and productions with kids and love using theater, art, and storytelling as tools for connection, emotional expression, and learning through play.
