Sara 1 review
San Francisco
$25 per hour for 1 child

“I am a mom of two beautiful daughters; my oldest is 13 years old, and my youngest is 10. I worked with one family for 3.5 years until they moved. Currently, I am helping a two-year-old with special needs, but I am looking for more hours to support my family.” Thank you!

Sara is absolutely wonderful! We were so lucky to find her. She is punctual, hard working, VERY organized and really cares about the smallest details. She is also very active, likes to come up with activities for the kids and always takes them to the park or on walks. One of our kids is special needs and has many therapy appointments. Sara kept me updated about his therapist’s recommendations and implanted them whenever I was at work and couldn’t attend. Highly highly recommend.

Hi there! I’m a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny with over 8 years of childcare experience. I’m currently working in a nanny share for infants/toddlers in San Francisco and I’m open to part-time or full-time opportunities. My background includes working with children from birth to age three, with a focus on early intervention. I also have experience supporting children with special needs from infancy through the teenage years. Over the years, I’ve worked with families throughout SF, including the Richmond, Lower Haight, and Sunset neighborhoods, as well as in Portland through the agency A Brilliant Nanny. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Communication, which supports my strong communication and caregiving skills. I love being active with the kids I care for, especially playing outdoors and encouraging movement and exploration. Phone number is[removed]

Crystal is warm, friendly, assertive while respectful, and professional. My 19-month-old toddler took to her quickly and they could interact right away—always a great sign! Thank you so much for spending the morning with us, Crystal!

Megan 1 review
San Francisco
$28 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in San Francisco, CA

Hi - I'm Megan. I'm in my 30's and am offering child care, pet-sitting and household services. I had a big family growing up - four siblings and over forty cousins. As the eldest sibling, I would often be found changing diapers, preparing meals and keeping my siblings entertained. I've babysat since I was in high school and love children. During college, I was the regular (2-3 times/wk) babysitter of two families. One family I worked with had two wonderful young sons, one with autism and one with ADHD and am well-versed in how to best provide care. In addition to childcare, I am able to assist with cooking full meals and light housekeeping. I have two small chihuahuas and am happy to help with furry friends. I have a car and clean driving record and am able to drive to appointments, activities, or do other transportation-related tasks.

Megan Was punctual and mature. She knew how to engage my daughter well.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
