Meet Catherine, a dedicated professional nanny with expertise and a genuine passion for childcare, with two college degrees—one in Accounting and another in Fashion Design—emphasizing holistic child development with her additional certification in nutrition. In her remarkable 12-year career, Catherine has built strong relationships with several repeat families. Concurrently working with three families over nine months, she cared for children aged 9 months to 1.5 years, addressing household cleanliness and caring for pets, including dogs and backyard chickens. In another role, she spent five months nurturing a 1-year-old, dedicating 25 hours per week to create a supportive environment. She ensures a stimulating environment, incorporating interactive storytime, scheduled playdates, and outings to enhance social and cognitive development. Beyond caregiving, Catherine is a registered driver for HopSkipDrive, specializing in safe transportation for children aged 4 to 13. Her commitment extends to being a camp counselor at Camp Couture, teaching sewing to kids aged 7-12. Adding a musical dimension, Catherine plays bass in the rock 'n' roll band "Best Mom Ever," focusing on positive messages through songs like "Be Kind," "Be Friendly," and "Be Confident." In a personal touch, Catherine leverages her fashion design background to create personalized clothing for the children she nannies, showcasing creativity and dedication to making a lasting impact. Catherine brings knowledge, creativity, and a nurturing spirit to her role. Whether crafting in the kitchen, leading projects, maintaining home cleanliness, or providing safe transportation, she is committed to creating a positive, enriching experience for the children under her care.

Cat has been the full time caregiver for my two children, for over two years. She is extremely reliable, responsible, patient and caring. She has been flexible to help with pick ups for my school aged child, and she takes our toddler to engaging and educational activities during the day. I've had multiple parents and teachers from my children's school pull me aside to tell me how wonderful and engaged Cat is. Cat consistently facilitates creative projects, like making jewelry and art. Further, Cat has a wonderful, positive attitude, that makes her a joy to be around. I highly recommend Cat.

Greetings Everyone! My name is Genèvieve, I am a Rāja and Jivamukti Yoga Instructor, an Activist/Advocate Leader (policy/law), in human trafficking and Founder of a Women’s Outdoor Organization. I am hard-working, honest, dependable, accountable, educated, punctual, intelligent, mellow, fun, great communicator, thoughtful, can take initiative and have a pitch in attitude, loves outdoors, can be firm yet kind, likes to cook, love animals and do live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle. I maintain a positive outlook in life. I am a person who believes that everything in life matters. One of my greatest qualities is my connection with children. Children are little philosophers, they are bright, resilient and intelligent little people, they watch us closely and sense us on an energetic level. My focus in supporting their development is through activating their neurological brain chemistry and sensory mechanics. When we understand the function of these models, children can evolve through conscious evolution. It is enriching to teach important life skill practices to children. In addition, my connection with children come in a form of lovingness, friendliness, playfulness, creativity, and ensuring that I provide a safe environment where they can blossom, find their authentic self to freely express who they are and most importantly, that they trust me. With this wealth at hand, a healthy relationship is born. Personal Interests & Hobbies Yoga, Zazen, sauntering trails, camping, backpacking, paddle boarding, swimming, cooking, photography, road trips, documentary, dance, reading and love dogs and cats! Non-violent communication, conflict resolution in communities. Offering outdoor yoga women’s retreats. Educating myself in all my interest, most specially in writing a series of children’s book regarding neurological brain chemistry. With hope of publishing in the future. Certifications: CPR/First Aid/AED Certified. Clean driving record. Certified Yoga, Swimming and Rock Climbing Instructor. Covid, Tdap and Flue vaccinated. If you feel a connection, I would love to hear from you. Genèvieve T. Aka Ms. G

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
