Paris 1 review

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in San Francisco, CA

I’m a caring, loving, patient, and honest person who truly enjoys helping people of all ages grow in every aspect of life emotionally, mentally, and physically. I’ve worked in daycares and also have years of experience as an independent babysitter, helping with homework, preparing lunches, dinners, and occasionally breakfast. I also assist with light housekeeping, running errands, and I’m always open and eager to learn new responsibilities to better support each family's needs. I’ve cared for seniors as well, offering companionship, preparing meals, sorting medication, and keeping their living spaces clean and comfortable. I'm outgoing and dependable, and I approach every caregiving situation with empathy and respect. I’m also great with animals. I'm a proud dog owner myself, so I understand how important pets are to a family. Being a caregiver brings me joy because it allows me to build meaningful connections while making a positive impact in others' lives. I take pride in being someone people can count on.

Paris showed up early and was reliable and dependable for our family. When Urbansitter double-charged me for her service she even sent me back the extra charge - super responsible of her and shows a high level of character. Thank you Paris!

Raquel 5 reviews
Alameda
$35 per hour for 1 child

I have been working with children for 10 years, from newborns to teenagers. I have supported many families as a Newborn Care Specialist, and I currently work in an after-school daycare program with children ages 0 to 4 years, which allows me to have daytime availability for full-time nanny positions. I love dogs and am very punctual, reliable, and communicative.

Raquel took care of my daughter Alice for a little over a month, and I only have positive things to say! She is extremely responsible, caring, and has excellent communication with parents. At first, my daughter cried a lot because she struggles with being away from me, but Raquel was very patient and managed to gain both her trust and mine. She was always attentive and often did even more than what we had agreed upon when it came to Alice’s care. It was truly a wonderful experience having her with us, and I’m only sad that our schedules no longer align. I highly recommend her!

Anahid 1 review
Mill Valley
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hello, I'm Anahid. I have always felt like I am part of each family I've worked for; now I always aim for the same type of fulfilling relationship with my new families. I enjoy organizing play dates, reading books to children, doing art projects with the little ones and going on nature walks to develop their sense of curiosity. With 6 years of experience, my skills also include meal prep, light housekeeping, but most importantly, creating a safe and supervised environment for your child. I speak English and Spanish, and have a squeaky clean driving record. I'd describe my personality as friendly and kind. In my free time I like to go hiking and read books. I am hard-working, responsible and reliable. Thank you for looking at my profile and considering me for your nanny and babysitting needs.

Anahid is a wonderful sitter. She connected very quickly with my girls (1.5 and 4). She's now working for us as a regular sitter. She's reliable, on time, and thinks about other things that are needed in the house (loading dishwasher, tidying the girls' rooms). Really a kind and wonderful person, and I highly recommend her!

Subhadra San Francisco
$26 per hour for 1 child

I’m a patient, dependable, and caring person with experience working with children through music, education, and summer camps. I volunteer teaching elementary students, helping kids learn instruments while building confidence, creativity, and patience. I also have experience with music camp counseling and summer camp counseling, supporting children in activities, encouraging teamwork, and creating a safe, positive environment. Growing up in a multigenerational family taught me compassion, responsibility, and respect for both younger children and older family members. I’m organized, attentive, and happy to help with household tasks while making sure others feel supported, safe, and comfortable.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
