Start date, early to mid January 2 years experience caring for newborns to adolescents in a medical setting 8 years childcare experience from newborn to 8 years old CPR certified Compassionate, reliable and devoted to supporting a positive, engaging environment I’m seeking a full time (or close to full time) position with guaranteed hours, holiday pay, two weeks vacation, and six sick days yearly. I’ll be unavailable Tuesday and Thursday mornings for the foreseeable future as I’ll be in school. I’m flexible on hours based on your family’s needs. I’m willing to work/ drive in any SF neighborhoods I’m hoping to find a loving family who values clear communication, consistency, and a fun, nurturing environment for their little ones. I’m excited to get to know your family!

Seven has been an incredible sitter for our kids for almost six months now. Both my kids adore her, Seven and my almost-5 year daughter play (blocks, trains, dolls etc), do coloring and crafts, imaginative games they made up (checking into hotels on vacation!) and more. Seven keeps my 10-year-old engaged, on occasion at home, but mostly outdoors when she's reliably picking him up from school, dropping him off to classes or while hanging out with both kids to get some juice, neighborhood hike etc. Seven has never once been late or cancelled a booking last minute. Her quiet, mellow and reliable energy has been great fit for our family during chaotic times.

I am a dual national French and American and fluent in both languages. I studied English and Creative Writing at NYU. Children are our future and their well being and development is the most important thing in the world. Another really important thing is the education and guiding of your child. I can use anything as a teaching and learning opportunity. I love kids and I believe that play is just as important in their developmental process as school. I use play and ordinary activities to guide, teach and have fun. Each child is different and I observe their character so that I can design activities that will enhance their development and love of life and learning. I enjoy facilitating art or cooking projects as well as outside play and fun outings. I have a lot of patience and compassion; and I have a very calm approach to dealing with any stressful situation. Children give me the opportunity to learn and protect, teach and serve all through my living example of open heartedness, love and presence. Expect your child to be physically and intellectually stimulated. Patiently guided through activities, listened to, loved and wholeheartedly cared for.

Sweet and kind sitter.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
