We're so happy that we connected with Dawnn to care for our 16mo old daughter while we were at a wedding. She did a fabulous job with a challenging caregiving situation: it was the first time our daughter had done bedtime without us other than one dinner out when she was 5wks old, she was in an entirely new state, was in a hotel room without a separate bedroom, and our daughter usually contact naps and nurses to sleep at bedtime. We appreciated the cute video of dinnertime, heard great things back from the lobby staff about how much fun it looked like they were having together and came home to a soundly sleeping baby. When our daughter had woken up a little after initially falling asleep and was worried that we weren't there Dawnn did a great job comforting her, figuring out what she thought might help and reaching out to us for a quick call to reassure our daughter that she could go back to bed and we'd be home soon. Thanks Dawnn! You made this evening fun and easy for us :)

**ACTIVELY SEEKING GIGS - SPRING / SUMMER 2026** HEY! I'm Harrison. I’m actively looking for intermittent gigs in the Spring and beyond. I'm available for logistic-satisfying hangs, orchestrating grand adventures, date night coverage, and more. If you think I may be a good fit for your family, would love to connect! A little about me— I moved to Brooklyn ~4 years ago to manage a giant rock climbing gym. I've worked with kids a ton in climbing gyms over the last 10 years, from running summer camps to making birthday parties awesome. After leaving my role last year, I transitioned to sitting/nannying in an attempt to reclaim joy in my work life-- and it's been a blast so far. I like climbing, games (video, board, word, active, other), telling riddles + jokes (ask me about street sweepers!) building things, cooking, soccer, swimming, and riding my bike excessive distances. I went to school for film, and I used to be a producer on a PBS show-- I still love filming/editing fun videos with the kids I sit for (*movie magic*)! I'm CPR / first aid certified and generally skilled at balancing fun and safety in childcare settings. I'm a skilled driver, though I do not currently own a car. Beyond just sitting, I'm happy to support with: -homework help! I used to student teach / tutor English back in high school, and I am generally math-proficient. -meal prep! I chef 95% of my apartmenthold's meals right now, and I love to cook. -climbing! Wanna learn the ropes or just give it a try? I'm your guy. -pet care! I live with 3 cats (1 mine, 2 my girlfriend’s) and I care for dogs of friends & clients regularly. Hope to hear from you!

Harrison was amazing. I’m not sure we have ever had a babysitter whom our kids warmed up to as quickly as Harrison. They were tired and punchy but Harrison quickly got their attention and engaged them with his (literal) bag of tricks. It was no big deal when we snuck out the door to dinner. When our kids woke up in the morning, they were so eager to tell us about all the fun they had. We don’t live in NYC but wish we could clone Harrison where we live because our kiddos responded so well to him. If you’re thinking of booking Harrison for your next babysitting job, don’t hesitate another second!

Hi my name is Veronica, I am a certified nanny/baby nurse and also CPR certified.I am looking for part time or full time employment. I have been working with children for 18years and given I have two of my own one over the age of 20. I love kids regardless of age and tend to have their best interest at heart. I have been told by multiple kids that I am more like a mommy when their mother is not around and that warm my heart and proves to me that I am doing what’s right.I am most definitely an outdoorsy person who believe in kids exploring and having fun, furthermore I also enjoy getting on the floor with them engaging in any kind of indoor games being arts and craft, block stacking, reading, ect. I speak basic french and is willing to teach you little ones a second language if you so desire. In my spare time I love decorating, cooking, looking to learn new things that will enhance my life and going out with friends. Caring for children truly gives me a sense of joy and happiness.

Veronica was a godsend for us! She provided exceptional overnight care for our newborn, allowing us to recover and sleep while knowing our baby was safe and happy. She is professional, kind, and clearly loves what she does. Five stars isn't enough!

My name is Aleysia. . Most recently I was a live out nanny to a baby and as her parents decided they would like for her to be in daycare I am looking for a new position. I was responsible for the care of my young charge, and duties were inclusive of adhering to the mother's prescribed sleep and nap schedule as well as light meal preparation as she aged. I have prior experience in housekeeping and am an excellent cook if the need arises. **Fully vaccinated with both doses of Pfizer as of June 2021. Willing to provide proof. I also have experience as an after school sitter. In that position I performed after school pickups, did light housekeeping, some food prep and shuttling to after school activities. Ideally I would be available for a longterm position, but will accept the occasional and date night assignment. SAFE COMMUTE: To ensure my safety and because things have changed drastically since early 2020, I require a car (Uber, Lyft, Curb, etc.) from to your home depending on the time when your booking ends or starts. These apply for bookings that either starts or ends after 9pm. CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand things may come up requiring you to cancel. I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. For less than 48 hours' notice, I charge 50% of the time booked. For cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice, I require full payment for the time booked. This can be paid through a variety of money transfer apps: Zelle, Apple Pay, or Paypal. LATE POLICY: I understand things may come up, when coming home, which is why I offer a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, I charge $20 for every 20 minutes over the time agreed upon. Payable through Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal. HOLIDAY RATES: When working holidays I do ask for 1.5x my standard rate. Please check my calendar for availability! If there’s a time slot you need and don’t see available, please message me to inquire about it!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
