$27 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 111 families in New York, NY

My name is Aleysia. . Most recently I was a live out nanny to a baby and as her parents decided they would like for her to be in daycare I am looking for a new position. I was responsible for the care of my young charge, and duties were inclusive of adhering to the mother's prescribed sleep and nap schedule as well as light meal preparation as she aged. I have prior experience in housekeeping and am an excellent cook if the need arises. **Fully vaccinated with both doses of Pfizer as of June 2021. Willing to provide proof. I also have experience as an after school sitter. In that position I performed after school pickups, did light housekeeping, some food prep and shuttling to after school activities. Ideally I would be available for a longterm position, but will accept the occasional and date night assignment. SAFE COMMUTE: To ensure my safety and because things have changed drastically since early 2020, I require a car (Uber, Lyft, Curb, etc.) from to your home depending on the time when your booking ends or starts. These apply for bookings that either starts or ends after 9pm. CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand things may come up requiring you to cancel. I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. For less than 48 hours' notice, I charge 50% of the time booked. For cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice, I require full payment for the time booked. This can be paid through a variety of money transfer apps: Zelle, Apple Pay, or Paypal. LATE POLICY: I understand things may come up, when coming home, which is why I offer a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, I charge $20 for every 20 minutes over the time agreed upon. Payable through Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal. HOLIDAY RATES: When working holidays I do ask for 1.5x my standard rate. Please check my calendar for availability! If there’s a time slot you need and don’t see available, please message me to inquire about it!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
