Nanipo Nueva York
$28 per hour for 1 child

A little about me... Good morning, my legal name is Nanipo, but you can call me Pépé. I'm 38 years old and from Togo. Since I was 15, I've been babysitting children of all ages, as it's a family job, and we always do it with great care. I have over 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including children with special needs. I'm currently looking for a full-time job. If you're looking for an energetic, honest, respectful, fun, and caring nanny, and especially flexible, look no further, because I'm everything you need. I'm the most punctual person in the world. I understand that time is money, so I strive to be punctual and prevent parents from being late to work because of me. You can even rest easy because I'll make sure all your baby's needs are met, and my former boss can attest to that. For me, the most important thing about being a nanny is, above all, ensuring the well-being of each child in my care, helping them with their physical and emotional development. Being part of each child's physical and emotional development is essential to me, as is being part of their families, creating unforgettable memories. Welcoming and giving love to these children, who, even when they're older, will always remember me with great affection and care, just as I remember them. I should also mention that I don't have any vices (I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't use drugs). I have a clean and clear criminal record.

$23 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in New York, NY

Hi, my name is Najya, and I am a care taker. I have been doing senior care for six years and it has been a pleasure. I offer child care, senior care, and household care. I love working with children the most as they are what I specialize in. From infants to toddlers all of them, bring joy, and that’s what matters most to me. I can cook for young ones, clean after them, and bathe them. I have already raised three children of my own in their younger years bring so much happiness. Caring for young ones is part of the main reason I wanted to start studying to become a nurse! I also provide household help such as cleaning, running errands, laundering, and cooking. I feel that a good deep cleaning can make a house look and feel brand new. Coming home to a cleaned house can be so refreshing and relaxing to most people. I love helping people feel this way which is why I provide this skill. Running errands. Could be difficult task for working parents who need their products, groceries, and even household items on time. An even more difficult task is catching up with loads of laundry to do when you have a messy toddler or simply just a lot of clothes. One thing I love most is making warm, home-cooked meals for families to share. My skills come from cleaning after a family of five, grocery shopping for my family, and always making the best warm meals for my picky eater kids. As hard as it is to find the perfect meal that is tasty, healthy, and to their liking I always aim to satisfy! I have no allergies to dogs or cats so I am happy to sit for them. I am a previous owner of 2 cats who were high maintenance always needed to be brushed, showered, fed, and even taken out to parks. In my opinion they are just the cutest and deserving of a sitter. Moving to the topic of seniors, I have been working with them for a while now. They have always been a pleasure. I always find happiness in helping them finish a plate, or get up for a bath, or even get prepped for a gathering. What I intend from being a care taker is giving by best. Weather it be helping a baby be bathed or pet be combed or even a senior citizen be fed, I live for the warmth of caring for others. Which is why I want to move forward and help all with what ever skills are needed by my clients!!!

Maia New York
$17 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Maia Elliott and I am currently living in Lower East Side, New York. I am offering child care, house hold services, and pet care. I have grown up always surrounded by young children as my mom is a preschool teacher so I would always help her with summer camps when I was younger. I became a sitter when I was 11 for all age ranges and started nannying two summers in a row when I had a break from school. I love spending time with kids and enjoy doing many activities with them such as art projects, walks to the park, baking, or also helping with any school work. I am most comfortable with pre-k-5th grade age range but can also watch babies as well. I am able to drive kids back and forth from different activities. Please reach out and I am excited to meet you!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
