Hello, my name is Solanje and I'm a mother of a 3-year-old little girl, so I know what's it's like to be responsible, patient, loving, and caring. I have a huge family with kids and I’m always the person who babysits. Before I became a mother I was always babysitting my boy cousins for 2 years since they were babies until grade school age. I would also would watch my niece when my big sister would go out or if she needed help. I watched my niece since she was a new born baby till now she’s currently 5 years old. My older brother recently had a baby boy in April, my baby nephew turned 8 months December 6th. I also watched my adorable nephew occasionally since he was born till now. I truly enjoy watching babies they are too adorable and precious. I would change diapers, following sleep schedule and soothing them to sleep, take walks out while the baby are in the stroller to get fresh air, make their milk and feed it to them, wash the bottles, bathing, feeding baby food when the babies reached 6 months, tummy time, read books, sing songs, and lots of play time. Some activities I do with children would be going the park to play🪁,bubbles🫧,dance parties, hopscotch, make slime, stacking blocks, teaching sign language, pretend play with dolls and cars, story time📚,sensory bins, soccer ⚽️, puzzles🧩,puppet shows, arts and crafts like finger painting🎨, scavenger hunt games, balloon volleyball and more. I maintained a safe, structured, and stimulating environment for daily routines such as cognitive and emotional development through play-based activities.I communicated regularly with parents sending pictures giving updates on how the baby was doing. I'm confident, loving, and very reliable, I will treat your kids like I treat mine with love and patience and I'm lots a fun. I love to cook, especially baking sweets from scratch on special occasions for my daughter since I personally like to know what’s in the food I make for her. I always try to add something nutritious in her food and sweets like mini pumpkin pies I made last thanksgiving for her I didn’t use sugar I used organic maple syrup to add sweetness and she loved it. If you have pets that's great because I have a puppy and her name is Snow she a Bichon. I attend at Hostos College. My major is licensed practical nurse and my passion is working with kids. I’m open to being a long term babysitter/nanny or just an occasional babysitter. My schedule is flexible! Feel free to reach out🫶🏽

Solanje is very experienced with children and we had a great experience. Will definitely book Solanje in the future.

How’s it going , When it comes to raising four boys at home, The safety awareness skills you learn while mothering your own children will stay with you throughout your life. Racing my four boys taught me the stages of childhood development and what to expect at different ages. These skills are useful when working with kids at any time in the future and especially if you are planning on working with children to make living! How to entertain children With enough motherhood skills plus caring for other children, you can have child-entertaining down to a fine art. You can quickly become a master of playing, reading, singing, drawing, improvising, and having fun. Children get sick a lot (particularly when attending childcare centers), so caring for them when they are not well is something you will pick up right away. There are many tactics to know that can make a child feel more comfortable, loved, and to help them recover quicker. You can also learn how to prevent the spread of germs and stop other people from getting sick, including yourself! Helping children to understand their emotions, manage their feelings, and learn the difference between right and wrong behavior is challenging, but it is also a rewarding experience. There are many subtleties to learn and every family may have a slightly different set of disciplinary values they wish to uphold. Sometimes children are prone to tantrums. You can learn to pre-empt trigger situations, and how to plan around them. You can learn the art of distraction (very powerful) and if a tantrum does occur, you can learn how to stay calm in stressful situations while remaining firm with your principles. Child encouragement and motivation strategies! Explaining why things need to be done! Building trust, and; Leading by example. These learned strategies can be invaluable in your day-to-day when dealing with children. I hope this answers some of your questions and please to hesitate to contact me if you are willing to meet. I have excellent references available upon request. My references can attest to my dedication, reliability, and the positive impact I have had on the children I have cared for. Have a bless day.... I

We will definitely hire YOSELINA in the future.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
