Caring for children has always been my true passion. With over 15 years of experience in caregiving, I have developed a deep appreciation for nurturing environments that support children’s emotional and developmental growth. As a dedicated and educated professional, I take pride in being a well-rounded caregiver who prioritizes both learning and emotional well-being. My background in early childhood education enables me to incorporate age appropriate, play based learning that encourages curiosity, creativity, and developmental progress. In addition to my experience with infants and young children, I have also worked extensively with preteens and teenagers, allowing me to adapt my approach across various age groups. My background in healthcare has further strengthened my interpersonal skills, instilling in me a strong sense of reliability, professionalism, and compassion. I care for every child with the same attentiveness and dedication I would offer my own. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where children can thrive. Witnessing them reach developmental milestones is incredibly fulfilling and speaks to the meaningful collaboration between caregiver and family. I would be honored to bring my passion, experience, and commitment to your family, and I look forward to the opportunity to become a valuable part of your caregiving team. Kadian is amazing and served as our caregiver for two years for our 3 boys as a full-time nanny. When I learned she was joining UrbanSitter and available -- best believe I wanted to book her straight away! She is kind, playful, and loves to keep the kids active. She's punctual, knowledgeable, and a total pro! Kadian was a calming force in a time of mayhem were she first came into our lives  — it was pre-vax pandemic in the winter of 2021 when we welcomed twins, we were undergoing a home renovation, and through it all — she’s rolled with it with her signature unflappable warmth and helped raised our 3 boys for 2+ years.    She has extensive baby nurse and nannying experience with kids of various ages. She’s as superb with babies as she is with my kindergartner.

Hi families! I’m a warm, creative, and attentive caregiver who knows how to keep things fun while also creating a calm, safe, and cozy environment. I have hands-on experience caring for children from newborns through preteens (including my nephew since birth), as well as supporting seniors — I was raised by my great-grandmother and helped care for her into her late 90s, which taught me patience, gentleness, and deep attentiveness. I love bringing imagination into the day through art, reading, music, gentle play, and creative activities. I’m also very clean, organized, and respectful of the home — I enjoy light tidying, keeping spaces comfortable, and preparing simple meals when needed. I also work professionally with pets through dog walking, cat sitting, and house sitting, so your whole household is in good hands. I’m reliable, easy to trust, and I’d love to be a positive, grounding presence for your family — two-legged or four-legged. 🎨🐾

Sage recently started working with our family. She is so amazing and wonderful, and our family is so lucky to have found her!!!!

Hello, my name is Anita and I have been a nanny with more than ten years of professional experience. I’m easy going, trustworthy individual and work together with parents very well as a team. I’ll do what I’m asked and I’ll do extra to help ensure the child/children are happy and safe. I take safety to be very important and am always vigilant anywhere we are. We always have a great day either outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. I usually prepare meals and do the laundry for the child/children and tidy up. I’m usually not on my phone/headphones while with children. I received my first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 4/2/2021 and my second dose on 4/31/21 (Moderna) and my booster shot in December 2021.

Anita started working with us when our son was about 4 months. (He's almost 2 years old now). Anita was great and took very good care of our son, played with him, took him to playgrounds, arranged play dates. She also cooked meals for him, gave him a bath and did his laundry, basically took care of all his needs. She is very friendly and accommodating. She's a wonderful person, and we became good friends and so comfortable. We loved having her but since we moved places we had to say goodbye. I would recommend Anita without any hesitation.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
