Hello everyone! My name is Kamila and I have been living in NYC for a little over 6 years. I moved here after going to music school in Boston. I’m a singing songwriter and work within arts administration/operations. Since moving to the city, I have worked with children ages 3 to 11, and I’ve learned so much. I enjoy fostering a sense of creativity and playfulness in the kids I get to hang with, and I’ve also taught beginner piano lessons for families around NYC and Brooklyn. I also have been petsitting/housesitting for doggies and kitties on the east and west coasts of the US and abroad over the last 3-4 years. Let me introduce myself- I’m monica. I I was born in Colombia, South American, As a child I was adopted and raised in New York City by my mother who was a public school teacher for 36 years before retiring from the NYC Board of Education. I married at a young age and now have an amazing eighteen year old daughter, who is a freshman at college in Michigan. Throughout my daughter’s childhood I was fortune enough to be a full time mother, and so I devoted myself completely to her. I am eternally grateful for my role as her mother. When she was a child, she sang, with the children’s Chorus of New York Metropolitan Opera. Rehearsal, auditions, and picking her up from school took up most of my time. There were many trips to the park, theater performances, dancing classes, and other varied experiences. I have listed these so you will feel assured that I will do these or other activities to enrich the lives of your children. Hi! My name is Riley and I am a 29 y/o female from New Orleans looking to help out some families in the area! I have worked with several families in New York doing school pick-up and after school activities, helping out with dinner and and bedtime. I have experience with 3-12 year olds creating a fun environment and finding interactve activities around the city. Most recently I worked as the Art Head for a children's sleep-away camp for 7-13 year olds in Vermont. Before New York I worked in Madrid Spain where I was a 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teacher. I have also worked as a Personal Assistant in New Orleans where I was in charge of house management (grocery shopping, minor housekeeping, house organization, and pet care).
