Hi! My name is Francine! I'm an experienced, CPR-certified preschool teacher, nanny and babysitter with 20 years of childcare under my belt. I graduated from SDSU in Liberal Studies for Elementary School Teaching. I teach 2-3 year olds at a day school Monday-Friday and babysit on evenings and weekends. I am also a nationally registered EMT! Childcare has always been my passion. I started babysitting as a young teen 20 years ago, watching my little sister when she was a baby. While I attended college for teaching, I worked as a child development & special education assistant for the SD Unified School District. I enjoy being outdoors and doing fun activities like going to local parks or travelling to Balboa Park or the San Diego Zoo. I am also quite the video game nerd and would love to pretend to lose to your kids 😆. I also LOVE pets, so there's no need to keep your animal pals locked up while I'm sitting. I live near Golden Hill, but I work in all parts of the San Diego area. Please note that I have a 3-hour minimum for areas that are north of the 56 freeway. My 20 years of experience working with children make me very comfortable working with any child. There is no situation that I am unable to take on in a cool, calm and collected manner.
