Hi! My name is Erna and I am currently a nursing student in my fourth year at CUNY Hunter College. I have lived in Brooklyn for my entire life and know the different neighborhoods very well. I have 4 younger siblings, two of them being twins which definitely plays a role in my experience and passion for taking care of children. I enjoy babysitting and being around children, having worked with families of all ages for over 5-6 years since I was 14. I have babysat newborns, toddlers, and older children, and even for families with 2-3 children and pets. I also handles household tasks like cleaning, cooking, pick ups, and errands. I have been babysitting for over 10 years! I have been a counselor in training at the YMCA, helping in the summer program with specifically children from ages 5-13. This had included for me to work from 9 to 5, and even staying overtime if my advisors needed the extra help. I was consistently, and not only traveling with the children around the building, but outdoors as well.
