I am an HR Professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business yet part of me wishes I had an educational background to work with children. So babysitting gives me the opportunity to do what I enjoy the most! I was an urbansitter nanny all throughout college in San Francisco as my one and only job for 5 years. I cared for children of all ages, from 3 months - 14 years old. My long term families were for children ages 1-5 and 11-14. In addition to my own work experience, I grew up at home with a family childcare, thus I am comfortable being around up to 8 children at once since my mother is a licensed childcare provider. I currently babysit a 4 year old once a week (Jan 2024 - today) My favorite part about babysitting is teaching children through play. It’s rewarding to see a child grow and see how much they learn along the way. I have a tight schedule but if I am available to babysit on weekends and weekday evenings. Hello there! I majored in Child development in college and since graduating 11 years ago have had kids in my daily life ever since. I’ve loved teaching in toddler, two’s and many preschool classes over the years, I believe I learn as much from each age group as they learn from me. My true passion is discovering the interests of individual kids which is what I love about babysitting. I have nieces and enjoy taking to them to the playground and parks to ride bikes and scooters.
