Hi My name is Sinethemba but you call me by my nickname Gina, I’m from South Africa, I have been here for almost two years. It has been such a good experience to be here and I work as a nanny, I take care of 2 and 5 year old kids for almost two year now, I love kids dearly and they love me too. I like working with kids because their hearts are pure and they forgive and forget easily which is something that adult’s can’t do most times, it is my goal to become a preschool teacher some day. I also love pets especially dogs and I used to own one back at home, thank you I’m looking forward to hear from you.

Booked by 10 families in San Francisco, CA

Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile! I am Angelica, I’m a full time nanny and just ended my cycle with a family I had been with for roughly 3 years, prior to that I was with a different family for 2 years. My child care experience expands across all age groups. My background in caring for babies, infants, and toddlers started when I worked in a daycare, and in a Spanish immersion preschool , I then upgraded to working with private families. I find great joy in being a positive mentor in a child’s life. I enjoy spending time outdoors and going to playgrounds and museums, where children can expand their creativity! I love hide and seek, arts and crafts, and music. I’m looking forward to finding the next family I will be working with long-term. It’s important to me that we both feel we are the right match for one another. I appreciate you taking the time to read through my bio!

Angelica helped take care of my two-year-old daughter for three days on short notice and jumped right in! She engaged with my daughter shortly upon meeting her and my daughter warmed to her quickly. I was able to leave feeling like she was in good hands. Angelica was prompt, flexible, and communicative. She even came prepared with stickers and activities! She was a lifesaver, especially during the morning of my daughter’s playground birthday party! I would definitely hire her again!

Hi! My name is Patricia, and I’m a caring and dependable nanny with experience working with children of all ages. I truly love supporting kids as they learn, grow, and feel safe in their daily routines. I’m also happy to help keep the home organized and running smoothly, so families can feel more at ease. I’d love the chance to support your child and be part of your family’s routine.

Patricia was brilliant with my 2 year old, he instantly warmed to her and didn’t bat an eyelid when I said goodbye to go out. I felt that he was in very good hands and would definitely work with Patricia again.

Booked by 1 family in San Francisco, CA

I'm Amy, a full-time nanny based in San Francisco with over 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. Since January 2025, I've been working with two families in a nanny share (started when the children were 6 and 9 months old) and will be finishing with them in January 2026. I'm now looking for my next full-time position (40+ hrs/week) with one child, twins, or a nanny share in San Francisco. I'm known for being warm, dependable, and highly communicative, and for creating a calm, nurturing environment that supports early development through reading, music, and engaging routines. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified (July 2024), fully vaccinated, and hold a certification as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, specializing in newborn care and gentle sleep foundations.

Amy has been taking care of our 2 year old for the last half a year. Our daughter felt at ease and really enjoyed the time they shared. Amy is reliable, always on time and happy to think along in different situations. The daily schedule included a stroll and lunch at the park with lots of playing and interaction with other kids. At home Amy played creative and educative games and read books.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
