I’ve built wonderful relationships through childcare — more than being a nanny, I truly enjoy becoming part of the kids’ world and playing with them. What makes me happiest is seeing them have fun and feel safe. I’m very empathetic, patient, and proactive, and I love to support the family whenever possible — whether it’s helping with light tasks or simply creating a calm, positive environment at home.

Hello families, it's a great honor to greet you! My name is Dilan, and I'm a young Ecuadorian man with childcare skills and many years of experience working as a teacher, instructor, and raising my younger siblings. I currently work at The New School in San Francisco in an after-school program, caring for children ages 3 to 12. I have a great love for them and enjoy building strong bonds with them, teaching them many of the things I know. In my free time, I exercise, love crocheting, embroidery, and sewing, and I have experience cooking Ecuadorian cuisine and leading learning activities. I speak Spanish (native) and English (B2 level).

Hi, I’m Eli! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m an experienced, reliable, and intuitive nanny with 12+ years of hands-on childcare experience, supporting families from newborn through school age. Born & Raised in SF, Mission Dolores. • Mom & Aunt 👧🏻👦🏻👦🏼👦🏽👦🏽 • Red Cross CPR Certified ⛑️ • Fluent in English & Spanish 🇸🇻 • Reliable Car & clean driving record • Rate is flexible I’ve worked long-term with families (2+ and 5+ years), in private homes and daycare settings, and I’m confident caring for multiple children, including children on the autism spectrum. I don’t just supervise — I help build routines, development, confidence with calm capable little humans. What I bring: 🐣 Newborn & infant care: sleep routines & sleep-training support, bottle prep, soothing, transitions, introducing solids/finger foods & baby-led weaning, infant logs, tummy time, crawling, sitting, balance, walking, tracking, sensory play, support with reflux/colic/high-needs babies, medication schedules, infant logs. Reading, singing, library storytime, pet stores, walks, playgrounds, zoo, outings while nap schedules allow. 🌱 Toddler & big-kid development: milestone support, separation anxiety, speech development through play, school readiness, homework help, nap transitions, sibling integration, drop off & pick ups, reading, library storytime, walks, pet stores, playgrounds, zoo, outings while nap schedules allow. 🪴School Aged kids: Homework help, drop off and or pick ups, snacks, driving to activities, playing games, prepping food together, walks, parks, reading. 🧠 Enrichment: sensory activities, creative play, gentle-care approaches, playgrounds, libraries, museums, beach and zoo days, playdates. 🧩 Family support: stepping in for doctor appointments, emergency/last-minute care, coaching first-time parents, creating routines from scratch 🏡 All things kids: child laundry, light tidying of children spaces, child room organization, child meal prep, toy rotation. I’m happy to help with other occasional tasks. 🌎 Languages & logistics: bilingual English & Spanish, Mission Dolores based, own car, comfortable with pets 🐾 I’m honest, communicative, transparent, grounded, and deeply nurturing. I balance fun with structure — because kids thrive when warmth is paired with consistency. If you’re looking for someone capable, calm, and genuinely invested in your child’s growth, I’d love to connect.

Eliana is such a delight! She worked with my family for 5 years since my son was a newborn and then fully at 6 months old. She’s a great helper, I never had to ask her what to do— she just knew. And I loved and needed that as a new mom. She helped out my nephew who’s the same age as my son. Multiple times from newborn till about 4 years old a few times a month. She did everything from making food, feeding, bathing, napping, park, beach, zoo, tidying up… she did it all. Watched my son unsupervised and trusted her completely. My son is very expressive and honest about how he feels about people— he absolutely loves her. They have a wonderful relationship- they have play dates every week still. We love eliana. I highly recommend her!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
