I have been in child care for 13 years I worked for an on-call babysitting service where I was a loved/preferred sitter for 47 families. I have a driver’s license, full background search and excellent references. I have been with my current family for 2 years. The child is getting ready to start school so I am looking for a new full-time or 2 part-time families to work with. My daily responsibilities are getting the him ready, taking him to different activities, feeding him lunch, nap and then indoor playing, reading and painting. While he naps I prep bottles and food, do his laundry and tidy up. I also work with 4 other families for nights and weekends, as needed.

Kristy has been a caretaker for me for almost two years. I found her through a friend's recommendation rather than through UrbSit. Since I'm a working single mom, she's worked for me 5 days a week, and occasionally done overnights and even travel sitting. She is amazing. Reliable, punctual, an incredibly hard worker, and it's clear she genuinely cares about my son. I trust her with him as much as I trust myself. It's a shame I won't be able to keep her 5 days/week, but I'm happy to be a reference for anyone else who wants to hire her. You should hire her! She's gold.

Hi, my name is Laura, ex Aupair ✨ Nanny expert ✨I’m a industrial design student, current offering child care, house sitting or pet sitting services. My experience as a baby sitter is very good,I started at home taking care of my little brother but also taking care of 2 kids (1 and 7 years old) for more that one whole year every day… During my job I drove the kids to the school and after school to soccer practice. I worked with the same family for little more than a year and then we became very good friends. Now I’m living here in New York and I’m looking for a good family! I love working with kids, I’m originally from colombia and I can teach the kids Spanish if you need. I can prepare meals to the kids, (not afraid to change diapers). I’m also pet lover. Some dogs and cats can cause me allergies but If a keep washing my hands everything will be fine. Thanks for reading, hope to meet you soon!!!!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
