Hi! I’m Lili, a San Francisco nanny with nearly 4 years of experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children. Families I work with describe me as reliable, warm, and someone their kids genuinely look forward to seeing. I currently work with several repeat families in neighborhoods like Pacific Heights, Cole Valley, Inner Sunset, and the Marina. I recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. My education, combined with years of caregiving, has strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. I love creating fun and engaging routines for kids that balance play, creativity, and structure. Whether we’re doing art projects, exploring outside, reading together, or working on homework, I try to create an environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. I have experience with school pickups, bedtime routines, meal prep, outdoor activities, and helping kids wind down at the end of the day. I especially enjoy working with school-aged children and helping with homework, creative projects, or practicing Spanish through play and conversation. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, fluent in Spanish, and have my own car so I can help with transportation if needed. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to help families with light household support such as kids’ laundry, tidying play areas, meal prep, errands, and general organization. Families I work with appreciate that I’m dependable, communicative, and attentive to each child’s needs. I do my best to follow each family’s routines and preferences so kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving them in my care.

Hello! My name is Alondra I am 25 years old. I have been a babysitter and nanny since I was in high school and have experience with newborns-12 year olds, and even twins! My love and patience towards children comes from taking care of my younger siblings being the oldest growing up. I have since then worked as a nanny/ babysitter for multiple amazing families. In addition to the childcare responsibilities, I have also assisted in homework, meal prepping and light housekeeping. Most importantly, I enjoy making long lasting connections and relationships with all the families I work with! It is what I enjoy and cherish the most. Typically with kiddos, I let them lead with their own interests to build rapport and trust but I especially love encouraging creative/imaginary play, hands on learning activities and arts&crafts! I am Fire Safety and First Aid certified. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and live in a fully vaccinated household. A little bit about me: I have a B.A. in psychology from San Francisco State where I also took child development and special education courses! I currently nanny and babysit for two sweet girls who are both almost 2! I like being outdoors, staying active and a book worm! Also love all types of animals! I take a more gentle approach when it comes to the kids I work it. That being said, I am committed to supporting your family and implementing practices that best meet your needs.

Hi! My name is Bianca and I am from the Bay Area! I have babysat and nannied for kids of all ages including newborns (this includes newborn feeding time, newborn dishes, breastmilk and formula experience, putting down for naps, regulating sleep schedules, taking for walks, etc.). I have also helped mentor many kids between the ages of 3 and 16. I am CPR certified (currently working on getting that renewed), own a car, and play the piano by ear. I'm a photographer and I also love ceramics and the chemistry behind making my own glazes! I really love math and the sciences too. I am an ex student-athlete of 17 years, and still love to be active. I love to cook, and of course I love the company and brilliant minds of kids! I speak a bit of Spanish, however it's been a while since I have spoken it regularly so I’m a bit rusty/mainly good with basics. I’m also learning Japanese, and I know a very small amount of ASL. I love animals (I have 2 cats), and I love dogs and dog-sit occasionally. I would love to meet you!!

I am a private school teachers aide for special needs children and have worked with kids aged 6 to 18 in this field. Before being a teacher, I was a respite care provider for special needs children. Overall, I have been in the field professionally for 4 years, but have done nannying since I was 15, for children as young as 3 months! (I am now 23 years old) Before this field, I worked in elderly assisted living. I had a variety of pets growing up and am comfortable caring for animals as well! I am passionate, energetic, and think quick on my feet. I can care for multiple children or pets at a time, and I do not tire easily. I also know a bit of conversational American Sign Language!

Hello! My name is Bri and I recently moved to NYC from San Francisco. I currently live in the NoHo neighborhood and work remotely full time as a Community Manager. I have been an active nanny all throughout my college years and beyond and really do miss nannying both part time and full time. I do like to babysit occasionally and it gives me the opportunity to explore different parts of this amazing city. During college, I was nannying for a couple different families that were consistent over a long period of time. A few standout experiences were working for a family for 5 months where I worked 37 hours a week in three days watching an adorable 2-year-old boy. My duties included everything from taking him to swim class, feeding him breakfast, lunch and dinner and scheduling fun events to take him to and explore the city! Throughout my college years, I babysat part time between classes for an amazing family of 5 for four years and still to this day, I babysit for them occasionally. My job entailed me to do homework, cook, clean, bedtime routine, drive to after school activities, attend appointments, schedule events, make lunches and over-see playdates for the three kids age ranging from 5 to 11 years old. I have two younger siblings so I have basically been babysitting and interacting with kids my entire life. I have always been known as the babysitter on the block and have loved watching kids. Now the tables have turned and some of my friends are starting to have kids and it’s definitely a fun stage in life. If you feel like I am a perfect fit, please reach out to me through Urbansitter. Thanks so much and I hope to hear from you soon!
